Debra Vickers, Vice President of Development & Licensed RE Broker at Coastal Franchising, LLC, has over 27 years of commercial real estate management and brokerage experience. Ms. Vickers is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, executing, and monitoring Coastal Franchising’s real estate investments and growth portfolio. As a licensed broker, Debra represents Coastal Franchising in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Coastal Franchising in 2022, Debra spent 14 years managing the development portfolios of 15 franchisee groups at Dunkin’ Brands/Inspire Brands.   While at Dunkin’ Brands, Debra evaluated, executed, and managed growth plans across 8 states. Prior to Dunkin’ Brands, Ms. Vickers spent 11 years managing real estate growth for AT&T.

Debra graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Safety Management.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity.
